Need a hand?

Email info@derdiedasdie.de with a brief description of what happened.

It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the issue. Please don't send passwords or payment card details.

02 · FREE PRACTICE

Practice is free.

Grammar exercises, Review Mistakes and Weak Spots are available without a subscription or account. PLUS is an optional one-time upgrade for additional progress features.

03 · PURCHASES

Restore PLUS.

If you've already purchased PLUS and it isn't showing as unlocked, open the PLUS area in the app and use Restore Purchases where available. Make sure you're using the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

If that doesn't resolve it, email us and we'll help troubleshoot. Please don't purchase it a second time just to test.

04 · BILLING

Refunds and payments.

PLUS is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple. Apple manages payment processing and refund requests.
